My Architectural Design Studio is based in Miami Beach, Florida where we have served south Florida communities for 20 years in the design of unique new architectural and historic preservation o font. We also specialize in historic renovations which adapt existing structures to new uses.
Serving as Chair of the then joint City of Miami Beach Design Review and Historic Preservation Board has given me valuable experience in looking at an issue from both sides when it comes to guiding projects through the Land Use Boards in Miami and Miami Beach for required approvals.
I also serve as an
Historic Preservation & Design Review consultant to assist with land use board approvals for demolition and re-construction as well as for new construction & additions.
