My Architectural Design Studio is based in Miami Beach, Florida where we have served south Florida communities for 20 years in the design  of unique new architectural forms.  We look to infuse a sense of design and a sense of place into every part of our built form. We look towards incorporating elements of our rich architectural legacy in Miami Beach through the forms of contemporary aesthetics of our own time. We also specialize in historic renovations which adapt existing structures to new uses.

Serving as  Chair of the then joint City of Miami Beach Design Review and Historic Preservation Board has given me valuable experience in looking at an issue from both sides when it comes to guiding projects through the Land Use Boards in Miami and Miami Beach for required approvals. I continue to represent clients through the City review process and provide Historic Resource Reports serving as an
Historic Preservation & Design Review consultant to assist with land use board approvals for demolition and re-construction as well as for new construction & additions.
