THE PALM COURT BUILDING
located on 23rd Street at the northern edge of south beach,
was originally constructed as a hotel in 1925 . Numerous additions over the years by many of Miami Beach's most famous architets have bequeathed the complex with a quirky if historic feeling. Large loft style office spacesnow seamlesly mesh the new and historic portions around an interior block courtyard filled with a canopy of palm trees..All systems in the historic structures were completly renovated. This is the only remaining historic arcaded structure in Miamii Beach.
