The WESTCHESTER is a H.U.D. financed rental apartment building for workforce housing. The former 36 units were totally redesigned into 24 studio and one-bedroom apartments as part of a total gut-renovation of the entire building. Restored historic details include the re-constrcuted archways at both sides pf the front elevation, plus the decorative railings at the front windows.
